Empowerment & Rebuilding for women trying to overcome serious problems and overwhelming circumstances so that they might have a better future.

Women can call the Women's Helpline for crisis counseling, problem solving assistance and information and referral to community services.

Individual counseling, group counseling, and life skills training is available to enable women to manage serious life transitions and to develop better planning, coping, and problem solving skills.

People with legal questions about divorce, child custody, child support, and other family law matters can come to a free legal clinic.
